The 47th edition of the South American Football Championship (Copa America) kicks off on Sunday in Brazil, with the participation of 10 countries.
Following are numbers and facts about the current version that Brazil – one of the countries most affected by the Corona pandemic – hosted to host the Copa America after Colombia and Argentina were excluded from hosting the tournament due to political turmoil in the first, and the increased infection of the epidemic in the other.
